After surgery of the lumbar spine, as in vertebral slippage (spondylolisthesis) or spinal stenosis mobilizing the back muscles with the modular orthosis Spinova Realty Plus can be different degrees of support. Depending on your needs can be individual elements such as abdominal support, shell or aluminum rods to insert, replace, or remove.
- for a three-step therapy concept
- individually combined
- easy to put on and adjust
Therapy module by module
The Spinova Realty Plus is a Multifunctional orthosis for stabilization of the lumbar spine and the transition to the sacrum. Their special design permits controlled treatment according to an individually tailored levels scheme.
Level 1 (stabilization phase):
In order to secure the spine after surgery or at the beginning of a non-surgical treatment, the orthosis is used together with the shell.
Stage 2 (Mobilization phase):
At the onset of mobilization with progressive healing process, the shell is removed and reinforces the basic bandage to be supplied in the lumbar / sacral area by the boning and Spinova-back tape.
Stage 3 (Activity phase):
With increasing activity of the patient, the aluminum rods are removed from the cassette and back, thus reducing the external supporting effect.
