Thanks to the modular structure, the area of ??application of the Stabimed® pro RICE is flexible. The polycentric joint enables physiological knee guidance. The integrated compression can reduce swelling and the cooling function can relieve pain. Note: If there is an injury in which the extension and flexion movement must be limited, the Stabimed® RICE is suitable for this.
Pleasant cooling: Two gel cooling compresses with patella recess are included in the scope of delivery to cool the knee joint. The compresses are anatomically preformed, exchangeable and reusable.
Targeted compression: The integrated compression function counteracts swelling. The single-chamber air system is filled with the enclosed pump and the pressure is regulated at the valve button.
The Stabimed® pro RICE soft orthosis made of soft material is very easy to put on and take off. Two wide padded straps ensure a secure hold and comfort. Additional extension straps enable the patient to be fitted with a thigh circumference of up to 90 centimeters if required.
