Inside Mobiderm technology with foam cubes (polyurethane for the large cubes and/or polyethylene for the small cubes) sandwiched between 2 non-woven sheets (polyester, acrylic adhesive)
On the outside an elastic and soft beige fabric (polyamide, elastane)
Depending on the model and the body area to be treated, two different sizes of foam cubes are used. The models are equipped with either a single cube size (5 x 5 mm or 15 x 15 mm) or two cube sizes

Particular contraindications for the upper and lower limbs

Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) with a systolic pressure index (ABI) <0.6
Congestive heart failure
Advanced diabetic microangiopathy, phlegmasia coerulea dolens (painful venous thrombosis with compression of the arteries)
Extra-anatomical bypass

Particular contraindications for the upper limbs

Compression by applying pressure to the limbs to promote lymphatic flow and stabilize or reduce edema volume
Drainage of the subcutaneous tissue using Mobiderm technology through randomly positioned foam cubes inserted between two non-woven sheets
In direct contact with the skin, the cubes create a pressure differential between the contact area and the surrounding tissue, allowing lymph to flow in different directions under the skin. The lymph flows from the area compressed by the cubes into pressure-free areas. This improves drainage and lymph flow.
