The CAREPUR heel support is a shoe-shaped cushion for the static positioning of the foot, with a recess in the area of the heel bone, can be used on both sides and is available in two sizes depending on the shoe size of the user.
The heel release is placed directly on the foot, with the reinforced padded areas of the sole of the foot and the Achilles tendon attachment ensuring that the heel is released and effectively stabilizing the surrounding areas. The inner and outer ankles - as regions at risk of decubitus - are protected by the soft padding of the cushion. The pillow can be used in both the back and side positions to relieve pressure.
