The CAREPUR Hemi arm cushion is a two-part cushion that is connected with a Velcro fastener. It is used in a sitting position - especially in a wheelchair - for soft positioning and safe positioning of a hemiparetic arm. The pillow can be used on both sides. Use by placing the cylindrical cushion base on the right, left, or both thighs with the Velcro loop facing up. The rectangular armrest, on which the Velcro with barbed structure is located, is placed on the cushion base and pressed firmly. By individually positioning the entire forearm, a defined pressure relief can be achieved in the elbow area. The forearm is safely relieved and stabilized in its position, effectively reducing the tensile forces in the shoulder joint.
