BSN medical Leukomed

A high absorption capacity and special skin compatibility are just two of many properties that qualify Leukomed® for professional use. The sterile wound dressing offers reliable coverage of surgical wounds and accidental injuries of all kinds.

Leukomed® is made of cross-elastic, supple polyester fleece and therefore adapts very well to heavily contoured parts of the body. The extra-soft, absorbent wound pad made of viscose fleece is coated with polypropylene. This prevents sticking to the wound and enables painless dressing changes without impairing wound healing.

Leukomed® is permeable to air and water vapour, which reduces the risk of skin maceration. The rounded corners prevent the bandage from rolling up and ensure secure fixation. Despite its good immediate and permanent adhesion, Leukomed® can be removed without leaving any residue.

Leukomed® consists of a polyester fleece backing coated with polyacrylate adhesive, the wound dressing is made of viscose fleece coated with polypropylene.
