Bandages

Thermal injuries, large wounds require - especially with open treatment - for the storage and gentle treatment of the patient functional material. With Metalline's large versions, there are aids available for the therapy that can be meaningfully assigned to the various treatment measures - from first aid to the care of longer or permanent bedridden patients.
The particular suitability of Metalline in this range of indications also results primarily from the characteristics of the dressings such as a smooth and porous surface, which is soft and pliable and allows for atraumatic dressing changes.
The metallized nonwoven absorbs blood and wound exudate, which are dissipated through the porous metal layer.
