The Thera-Band hand trainer is used for finger coordination, muscle strengthening, regeneration, circulation promotion and stress reduction. They are used in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, sports, fitness and leisure. Available in five different resistance levels, which are color-coded.

The handrainer in the colors yellow and red are only for persons with the movement restrictions, e.g. after an operation, a stroke or with rheumatism, recommended. Also suitable for heat and cold therapy. The handrainer can be heated in the microwave and cooled in the refrigerator or for a short time in the freezer.
